Worldly Goods

Worldly Goods refers to all the possessions and goods owned by a person during their lifetime.  Centuries ago, a person's Last Will & Testament may have stated that all their worldly goods be left to their spouse, children, or a named charity.  This section of the archives will house information pertaining to the legal aspects of a Last Will & Testament, the language of these documents, and perhaps even some examples of what an inventory of a deceased person's worldly goods may have looked like in in years past.
